Community Functionality Facilitation Inc has a very strict policy and philosophy around confidentiality. Every Life-Plan that is created and every hook up that is done with regards to every consumer and client is driven by that individual. The only information included or conveyed to a service provider is only that information that Community Functionality Facilitation Inc. has been given explicit permission to share through representation forms and consultations with the individual. Every step that is taken is taken with the individual included and encouraged.
