Life-Plan Program
Community Functionality Facilitation Inc. has developed a Life-Plan process that takes into account all areas and environments that a person will enter within their lifetime. These plans are created through cooperation with community service providers to develop a roadmap to show the individual what options are available in all spectrums inclusion. These plans include a quantification of all services that the person has used and will use. They also include all recommendations based upon examination and counsel with the individual and their support system to the new systems that they transition into at all stages of life.
We are committed to assisting and empowering people with disabilities to realize their full potential and to take down the barriers that prevent this inclusion.
Toshiba Tablet PC Project
The Toshiba Tablet PC project was the ground work for a universal disability adaptation device. This project was a combined project involving Microsoft, Toshiba, Community Functionality Facilitation Inc. , and Mc Master University. This project was very successful and provided us with the advancements and adaptations in computer hardware and software as well as operating systems that facilitated the development of the first universally adaptable hub. This was a crucial first step in the creation of a universal adaptation device.
